Refund Request Due to Defective Fakir Product


On September 27, 2024, I purchased a Fakir Steel n More tea maker from the Migros Dekar branch. I specifically chose this product because it is made of stainless steel. However, after using it for only 6 days in total, I noticed that the water tank had started to rust while cleaning it. I reported the issue both to Migros and Fakir customer services. Migros stated that they would not accept the return since it is not their own brand. Fakir customer service informed me that I should take the product to their service center in Avcılar for technical support. As I live in Beylikdüzü and have a small baby, it is extremely difficult for me to travel to Avcılar, both in terms of time and transportation costs. It is unacceptable that a product which rusts after only a week of use requires me to go to a distant service center as the only solution. I therefore request a refund for my product, as I have both the receipt and invoice available.
