I've realized that Fakir items, particularly the Fakir Atomic Rondo Violet, manufactured in China, are of low quality. Despite having only used it 5-6 times, we assume that one of the gears inside has stripped, as the blade mechanism turns freely even when correctly engaged. We have sought an extended one-year warranty.

However, we were surprised to receive an immediate rejection letter, despite the fact that no workers were accessible when we filed the form.
