Bestea Glass Teapot Cracked Despite Proper Use
Since it’s a German brand, I’ve used many of their products, but after purchasing the model called Bestea, the kettle part stopped heating just a few months in. The authorized service helped under warranty and, interestingly, found that the wires in the heating base were burned! About a year passed, and then the glass teapot suddenly cracked vertically after I poured hot water into it. When I reached out about this, they said it was considered a spare part and wouldn’t be covered. As a user, I only pour water heated in the kettle below into this pot—how can this be blamed on the customer? I don’t understand. I will never purchase another product from your brand, and I’m filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board today. I’ve won similar cases against other brands before, and now it’s your turn!
