The “Fakir Hausegerate - Inox - Chailuxe Tea Maker” I purchased from Teknosa on September 16, 2024, had its water boiling chamber rust after a short period of use. I sent it to the authorised service center through Teknosa, but they claimed the rust inside the kettle was due to user error. I then called Fakir’s consumer hotline at 444 0 241 three times to file a complaint, but I received no response. They are trying to pass off the rusting in the supposedly stainless-steel tea maker's water chamber as user error. I recommend neither purchasing from Teknosa nor buying products from Fakir.
