I Face Unauthorized Facetune2 Charge After Child Downloaded App Without My Consent

Hello, I am writing to report an unauthorized charge from the Facetune2 app. This app was accidentally downloaded onto my phone by a child, and I only became aware of it when I saw the charge on my payment card. Facetune2 claims to offer a one-week free trial, and today marks exactly one week since the app was downloaded. Despite this supposed trial period, my card was charged without my permission.

I did not activate any subscription or use the app at all, so charging my account without consent is completely unacceptable. I discovered the payment while it was still in the authorization stage, and I am demanding that this charge be canceled immediately before it is finalized.

This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. I kindly ask the Facetune2 team to review my account and process a full refund for the unauthorized charge. Additionally, please ensure that no further charges are made to my card. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and look forward to your immediate action.
