Shein Order Missing After FedEx Says Delivered Outside Gate

I am writing regarding a FedEx delivery of my Shein order that is marked as delivered today, but I have not received my packages. According to the notification I received, the shipment, which includes fabric softener and another package, was supposedly left “outside the gate.” When I went to check, there was no package anywhere near my gate or around my property. I called FedEx customer service to find out what happened and why my package was left outside the gate, where anyone could take it. During this call, I was told that they do not even have a package for my address, even though I clearly have a delivery message saying it was delivered outside the gate. This contradiction is very frustrating and leaves me without my products and without a clear explanation. I request that this situation be investigated urgently, including checking the driver’s actions and proof of delivery, and that my order be either resent in full or refunded. I expect a clear response explaining how a package can be marked as delivered outside my gate while customer service claims there is no package for my address, and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
