Free Fire Account Recovery Email Changed By Someone Else

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Free Fire account. On August 24, 2026, at around 11:23, I tried to log in and saw that my account had been banned for 30 days. After checking further, I realized that the recovery email linked to my account had been changed by someone else without my knowledge or permission. My Free Fire account details are as follows: my in-game UID is 366789787, and my username is Athrav66251. I am the rightful owner of this account.

I contacted Free Fire customer support and was informed that they cannot manually change the recovery email and that only the account owner can make such changes. However, I did not request or approve any change to my recovery email, which clearly shows that my account was compromised and that an unauthorized person gained access and changed the email. My original recovery email was athravdutt****@gmail.com. The hacker appears to have added or changed it to ghheman****@gmail.com.

I have been unfairly penalized with a ban while someone else has taken control of my recovery information. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be thoroughly investigated, that the unauthorized hacker email ghheman****@gmail.com be removed from my account, and that my original email athravdutt****@gmail.com be restored as the recovery email. I also ask that my account ban be reviewed in light of this unauthorized access and that my access be reinstated if the investigation confirms that my account was hacked. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I can safely use my account again with my original recovery email.
