Deleted Facetune Long Ago, Still Charged $71

At 06:28 AM on October 20, 2025, a payment of $71 USD was withdrawn from my QNB card through the App Store for the “Facetune” app, even though I never approved, authorized, or used this service. I did not start a subscription, I did not enable any automatic payment, and I have never used this app before in a way that would justify a subscription being activated. I only received a vague notification labeled “Apple.com bill international,” but there was no clear message stating that a subscription had started or that a charge would be made.

The unauthorized and undisclosed withdrawal of this payment violates both consumer protection regulations and basic banking security standards. I had deleted the application long ago, and I do not accept such a high amount being withdrawn from my account without my permission.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the $71 USD be refunded to me. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
