Facebook won't let me create an account, it closes as soon as I open it. If you do not allow me to open an account, open my account that was closed for no reason. My account was not opened even though I filled out the My personal account closed form in your help center and submitted my identity information. It says I violated Facebook's terms. I have never violated the Community Guidelines on my account, which I have been using for 13 years since 2009.
