Facebook's Unauthorized Charges and My Annoyance with My Paycell Card

I was the victim of two unauthorized charges on my Paycell card by Facebook, both for 29.40 TL and labeled as "Facebook payment." I have no connection to these transactions and demand a full refund. It raises concerns about both Facebook and Paycell's security flaws. I intend to file a formal complaint. I only realized when the transaction failed due to a lack of funds. It's perplexing how these charges could have happened without any verification codes or authorization. This situation has frustrated me and made me concerned about the security of my financial information. It is critical to address these unauthorized transactions as soon as possible in order to protect not only my money but also the system's security.
