Facebook Closed My Account Saying I Am Not Old Enough

My Facebook account was closed on May 30, 2025. I’ve been using this account for years, and although I barely check it anymore, it holds so many memories. They shut it down citing advertising violations. I’ve sent multiple requests for help through the support center, but I haven’t received any response. I tried following the instructions they provided, but nothing worked. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore—if anyone knows how to fix this, please help. Facebook displays this message: “You must be at least 13 years old to have a Facebook account. Since we’ve determined that you’re not old enough to have an account, it has been removed.” I’ve sent my ID and uploaded photos, but it still doesn’t get resolved. I’ve had this account for maybe 20–25 years, so it’s almost like I opened it before I was born—none of this makes sense to me. I don’t understand how they made such a decision. If anyone knows who I should contact or what steps I should take, please let me know. I’m also hoping to get help directly through www.facebook.com.
