I Lost Access to My Facebook Account and Can’t Reset Password Without ID Verification

I completely lost access to my Facebook account because I forgot my password, and I can’t log in anymore. Unlike Instagram, where you can recover your account by submitting a photo ID, Facebook doesn’t offer any simple way to verify identity and reset the password. This is extremely frustrating because I own the account with the username m.Demirel13 but have no way to regain control.

I’m stuck without access and no clear support options available. Facebook needs to implement an easier, more secure verification process like Instagram’s so users can recover their accounts without endless hassle.
