Facebook Ad Didn’t Stop on End Date—Charged $300 on Business Suite
Through Facebook Business Suite, I ran a time-limited ad that was supposed to end on the date I set, but it did not stop and continued indefinitely without my knowledge. I realized today that this has been happening since July 30. A total of $300 was charged to my credit card via my ad account “mutena_butik.”
Even though the campaign had an end date, it didn’t automatically stop, which led to unexpected charges and financial loss. I couldn’t reach Facebook customer support, so I’m seeking a resolution here.
I request that the ad be stopped immediately and that at least 75% of the charges be refunded to me.
