Facebook Ad Charges Issue - Extra Charged Despite Payment

I'm having trouble creating new ads on Facebook because they're requiring payment for previous ads. On July 12, an extra ₺180 was charged, even though the ad had already been paid for. Despite removing the advertisement, I am still encountering extra fees. I've decided to discontinue my advertising on Meta because I'm finding it difficult to articulate the problems with the system. Assuming the system is working properly, there ought to be transparent pricing options available for ads, such as ₺70, ₺35, or ₺100. I find this to be deceptive. I am planning to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Court regarding the unfair charges and additional payments that have been requested from me. Why would I have made an initial payment if you're going to continue charging for previous ads?
