In 2017, I got a Bosch refrigerator, model KGN57SM34, with a 7-year warranty. The warranty is still valid. However, about a month ago, the higher door began rubbing against the lower door while opening and shutting. I called the authorized service; they arrived, inspected the door, and discovered that the hinges inside were damaged. We didn't fill the door with shelves. Despite the fact that service staff stated that the user could not have done anything, the headquarters and service team paid four visits to take images. Even the service professionals assumed that the user would have to be an innovator to cause this. However, the headquarters contacted and stated that the cost of the door is ₺24,000 and it is considered user error, thus the replacement was not permitted. Tomorrow, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Even if the part is pricey, a huge corporation cannot hide behind a 'user mistake,' even with a warranty. My belief in Bosch has disappeared. Bosch has demonstrated that their motto "losing a customer is worse than losing money" is incorrect.
