I Can't Pay My Bill On Facebook Although My Credit Card Limit is 20000

Hello, I have been a customer of this brand for 20 months. I do not have 1 overdue or unpaid invoice. For the last 2 payments, although my Credit Card Limit is 20000₺, I cannot pay my 3000₺ bill, it constantly gives an error. My advertising account is jeopardized because of this error.
