FaceApp Subscription Not Syncing Between Android and iOS Devices

On December 15, 2025, I purchased a one-year FaceApp subscription on my Android device. I later switched to an iOS device and signed in using the same email account (z***************@gmail.com). However, my existing subscription does not appear on my iOS device, and the app still shows me as a free user.

I contacted FaceApp via email regarding this issue but did not receive any response. Even though I paid for the subscription and am using the same account, my membership has not carried over to my new device, which has caused inconvenience.

I am requesting that my active one-year subscription purchased on Android be properly recognized and restored on my iOS device so that I can continue using the service I paid for without interruption.
