I had a one-year FaceApp subscription on my Android device, but after switching to an iPhone, I can’t find an option to log in and access my account. There’s no place to enter my account details, leaving me unable to use the subscription I paid for. This situation is frustrating, and I’m seeking immediate assistance. Either help me access my existing subscription on my new device, or issue a refund for the subscription fee. FaceApp, please resolve this issue promptly to avoid further inconvenience.
