FaceApp charged me after trial ended, how do I get a refund?

If FaceApp charged you after the trial ended and you want to get a refund;

Check your subscription and charges;

• Open FaceApp → Profile / Settings → Subscription
• Confirm:
– Plan type
– Trial end date
– Renewal/charge date
• Screenshot subscription page

Cancel auto-renew immediately;

• In FaceApp subscription settings → Turn off auto-renew
• Confirm cancellation email (if sent)
• Screenshot confirmation

Request refund from the platform you subscribed through;

• App Store:
– Open Report a Problem → find the FaceApp charge → Request a refund
– Choose reason: Unwanted renewal / Didn’t intend to renew
App Store refunds often process quickly.

• Google Play:
– Open Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history
– Find the charge → Report a problem / Request a refund
– Choose reason: Accidental renewal

Contact FaceApp Support;

• Explain you were charged after the trial
• Provide:
– Apple/Google transaction ID
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (subscription + bank)

• Ask for a refund and cancellation confirmation
