FaceApp Charged $31 Despite Canceling Subscription Within 15 Minutes
We briefly purchased a subscription through my friend’s FaceApp account. During the payment process, I entered my own debit card information. Even though we canceled the subscription approximately 15 minutes later, about $31 was still charged to my account.
The transaction took place on Saturday, and despite canceling within such a short time, the charge was processed, which has caused financial inconvenience. I contacted FaceApp through its official support channels, but I have not received any response so far. The subscription was made through my friend’s account associated with the email address “o********@gmail.com.”
I request that this charge be reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and the app’s policies and that the amount deducted for this quickly canceled transaction be refunded to me. I also ask for clear confirmation that no additional charges will be made to my account.
