FaceApp Pro Subscription Vanishes After Switching From iPhone to Android
On April 8, 2026, I purchased a FaceApp Pro annual subscription on my iPhone and paid approximately $28. When I later switched to an Android phone and installed the app on June 15, 2026, I logged in with the same Gmail address but was greeted with a message saying "you have no active subscription."
Despite having my Apple invoice and order details for the original purchase, I have written to FaceApp's support team multiple times about this issue and have received absolutely no response. Being unable to access a subscription I paid for — with documentation to prove it — is causing me real harm.
I am demanding that my FaceApp Pro subscription be activated on my new phone so I can access all the features I paid for. If the subscription cannot be transferred due to the device change, I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $28 I paid, returned through the original payment channel.
