FaceApp Subscription Auto-Renewal Complaint Sparks Refund Request

On February 16, 2026, I started a free trial subscription for the FaceApp app. After the free trial period ended, my subscription was automatically converted to a paid plan without any approval message or additional notification. While I believed I had agreed to a monthly subscription of $3, my card was instead charged approximately $31 in a single payment for an annual subscription.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled my subscription on February 23, 2026. I have the bank receipt for the transaction, and the payment was deducted from the card linked to my QNB account (IBAN: TR23**************************13).
Since I was charged for an annual subscription without clear consent and contrary to what I expected, I am requesting a full refund of the annual amount that was deducted. I kindly ask that the amount be refunded to my card/account as soon as possible.

When my free trial ended, it was converted to an annual subscription without my permission and about $31 was charged. I canceled the subscription on February 23 and requested a refund. I have not received any response from the brand yet, and I find their lack of attention unacceptable.
