I Experience Billing Issue With FaceApp App Store Purchase

I experienced an issue while trying to subscribe to FaceApp through the App Store. The app displayed a price of $3 per month, so I assumed I was purchasing a monthly subscription. However, immediately after confirming the transaction using Face ID, $31 was charged to my credit card as a one-time annual subscription.
I would have accepted a monthly charge, but I was charged the full annual amount without any clear warning, despite the price being shown as monthly. This transaction took place 30 minutes ago, and I do not approve this charge under any circumstances.
I checked both the app and the App Store support sections and contacted FaceApp support via email, but I have not been able to reach any live customer service or support line.
I request the immediate cancellation of this subscription and a full refund of the $31 charged to my card. I also ask for a detailed written explanation regarding this misleading pricing and billing issue. If my request is not resolved, I will pursue my legal rights.
