I Have Active FaceApp Subscription but App Asks Me to Pay Again
I have an active annual subscription to FaceApp on my iPhone 11 through my Apple account, which I purchased 3 days ago for $31. However, despite having this active subscription, the app is asking me to subscribe again.
I have experienced the same issue before, and at that time I was told it was a mistake and received a refund. Now the same problem has occurred again, and the app is forcing me to make another payment even though my subscription is still active.
It is unacceptable for this issue to repeat after previously being acknowledged as an error. I request that my current annual subscription be properly recognized in the system, that the app stops prompting me for additional payments, and that this issue be permanently resolved.
