I Face Unauthorized FaceApp Annual Subscription Charge

I started a free trial subscription on FaceApp on March 7, 2026. However, after the free trial period ended, my subscription was automatically converted into a paid plan without any approval message or additional notification, and $31 was charged to my account as a one-time annual fee. The transaction appears on my statement as “14.03.2026 Apple.com/bill”.
As soon as I noticed this charge, I canceled my subscription on March 14, 2026. I have the bank receipt for this transaction, which was processed through the App Store using my Enpara card linked to my QNB account. I did not intentionally start a subscription that would convert into an annual plan, nor did I clearly approve such a charge.
Since this annual fee was charged without my explicit consent and in a way that differs from my expectations, I request a full refund of the amount deducted. I also ask that all records related to this subscription be terminated without creating any further obligations for me.
