FaceApp Won’t Let Me Cancel Weekly Subscription

On January 1, 2026, I purchased a one-week subscription through the FaceApp application. However, since January 7, 2026, I have been trying to cancel the subscription, but I have not been able to do so through the app.

Because I purchased the subscription directly through FaceApp, I have been attempting to cancel it within the app itself. However, the system does not allow me to cancel, and the subscription continues to remain active. I have not been able to resolve this issue with either FaceApp or the related app store support.

In short, I am requesting that the one-week subscription I purchased be canceled immediately and that I receive a refund for the period I could not cancel or properly use.
