No Replacement Parts for Faber Castell TK-Fine Vario Pencils

As a mechanical engineer, I depend on my trusty Faber Castell TK-Fine Vario pencil a lot. But I've recently noticed something worrying about its metal parts: they've started to change color and no longer look like metal. Also, the eraser is broken, and I can't find any replacement parts in Turkey. This problem is not only annoying, but it is also very stressful for me. I'd like any help I can get to solve this problem, especially since I can't find spare parts in Turkey. I expect Faber Castell to deal with this problem quickly and find a way to fix it. I want to get rid of this unnecessary stress as soon as possible and focus on my work.
