Expedia Charged Me $65 for a Ticket Flexibility Kit—But I Didn’t Buy a Ticket

On February 27, 2025, at around 10:30 PM, I was searching for a flight from IST to IAD on Expedia. While checking ticket options, the site suggested adding a $65 Flight Flexibility Kit to my booking. I added it to the package, but when I reached the final step, the ticket price increased, so I decided not to complete the purchase.

However, despite not buying the ticket, Expedia still charged me $65 (2,474₺) from my credit card (last four digits: 8882)! This is completely unacceptable. If no ticket was purchased, why was this fee charged?

I demand an immediate refund of this unauthorized charge. My booking was made under h***********@gmail.com**, and I expect a prompt response from Expedia to resolve this issue!
