I’m writing to express my deep frustration with Exodus Wallet after a highly suspicious and upsetting experience. I attempted to withdraw my funds from my wallet, but instead of processing the transaction, the platform effectively blocked my access to the money and is now demanding I send twice the original amount in order to unlock what’s already mine. This is completely unacceptable.

I have screenshots and all necessary evidence to prove that my funds were taken and that I'm now being asked to pay more just to retrieve what belongs to me. This tactic feels deceptive and exploitative, especially coming from a platform that markets itself as secure and trustworthy.

To make things worse, the customer service team has been entirely unresponsive and unhelpful. I’ve reached out multiple times, yet no one is taking any meaningful action to resolve my issue. I feel cheated, ignored, and extremely disappointed.

Exodus needs to stop playing with people’s money. I demand an immediate investigation, the return of my original funds without any additional payments, and proper communication from support. This type of treatment is a serious breach of user trust, and I won’t stay silent about it.
