I Can’t Reach Exodus Wallet Support After My Funds Were Locked in a Mining Pool

I transferred my funds to my Exodus Wallet, only to find that they were automatically moved into a mining pool without my clear consent. The application then displayed a 14-day countdown, stating that once the countdown ended, I should contact customer support to retrieve my funds. That sounded suspicious, but I followed the instructions and waited the full 14 days.
Now that the countdown has finished, I’ve tried reaching out to Exodus customer service multiple times. I’ve sent messages through every available support channel, but no one is responding. It feels like I’ve been deliberately ignored, and my money is still inaccessible.
This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially from a platform that claims to be secure and user-friendly. There’s no transparency, no follow-up, and no actual help when you need it most. I demand immediate assistance from Exodus support and a full release of my funds. If no action is taken, I will escalate this matter further and share this experience widely to warn others.
