I attempted to transfer funds from my Exodus Wallet account to my Binance TR wallet, but the transaction was blocked, and now I’m being told I need to provide liquidity to release the funds. This is both confusing and alarming. I contacted Binance TR support for help, and they requested the transaction ID (TXID). However, when I checked Exodus Wallet, I saw no record of the transaction at all—neither an incoming nor an outgoing one.
The only activity visible on the wallet is a small transaction I previously completed when the funds initially arrived. Other than that, the wallet shows no activity at all. It’s as if the funds are stuck in limbo with no proof that the transfer was ever initiated, completed, or even attempted, despite my clear actions.
This is unacceptable. I demand a proper investigation into this missing transaction. Where is my money? Why is Exodus Wallet asking for additional liquidity for a simple transfer? And why are the records of my funds missing entirely from my transaction history?
This situation is extremely distressing, and it needs to be resolved immediately. I expect my funds to be released or returned, and I call on Exodus Wallet to provide proper support without further delay.
