Bybit Deposit Issue: USDT Sent via TRC20 Not Reflected in Balance

I mistakenly selected "withdraw" instead of "deposit" when transferring 100 USDT from Binance to my Bybit account using the TRC20 network. As a result, the funds were sent to an entirely different address. While the transaction was confirmed and completed, the amount never reflected in my Bybit balance.

I have all the necessary details, including my wallet address and the transaction ID (TXID), to provide proof of the transfer. This amount is significant to me, and I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue. I hope Bybit can help recover the funds or guide me on the next steps. Please address this matter promptly as it’s causing me considerable stress.
