Exness Support Not Resolving Missing ETH Deposit
On 09/25/2025 at 14:35:33, I transferred 0.00253918 ETH from Binance to my Exness account via the BEP20 network (wallet address: 0xbe1470c309991AB7eb5a48338e949398AA3c72ce2b8d0f5de96fa9a5b540b8f7). A small BNB fee was deducted during the transaction, and the transaction ID (txid) is 255196862. However, the transfer does not appear in my Exness account in any form — not as pending, canceled, or failed.
I contacted both Binance and Exness customer support, but no solution was provided. There is no trace of this transfer in my Exness account, and I have not received any clear information about the status of my funds. The email associated with my account is e************@gmail.com**.
I have all the evidence showing that this transfer was successfully made. I urgently request assistance to have the funds credited to my account or to otherwise resolve this issue.
