Paddle Charged Me Multiple Times After My EWA English Purchase

About a year ago, I purchased a three-month subscription to the EWA English app after relying on the prices advertised online. However, after completing the purchase, I noticed multiple charges of approximately $36 each appearing on my credit card statement under the description "Paddle.net EWA London." These charges were made without my authorization. In addition, neither the app nor the website provides any option for me to cancel the subscription on my own.

After discovering these charges, I contacted my bank. I was informed that if I could not cancel the subscription through the app or website, the only way to stop the payments would be to cancel my credit card. Even though unauthorized charges have been made to my card, the lack of a cancellation option and the burden of resolving the issue being placed on me have caused significant inconvenience and financial harm.

I contacted EWA English support and left a message, but I have not received any response. I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges made to my card and the immediate cancellation of my subscription.
