I Want a Refund for Unauthorized Ewa English Charge

On March 9, 2026, I noticed that $42 was charged to my credit card by Ewa English without my knowledge or consent. I did not intend to sign up for this app or make any payment, and I have no idea how this transaction occurred.
After seeing this charge on my credit card statement, I tried to contact Ewa English, but I have not been able to reach anyone. Even though I did not start any subscription, approve any automatic renewal, or authorize any payment, I have been charged, which has caused me inconvenience.
If there is any membership or subscription opened under my name, I request that it be canceled immediately. I also request that the $42 charged to my card without my authorization be refunded to me as soon as possible. I would like to be informed promptly and have this issue resolved quickly.
