EWA English Charged Me for Two Years Without an Apple Subscription

I was using the EWA English app on my iPhone, but I discovered that although I had never started a subscription through Apple's subscription system—and no subscription has ever appeared in my Apple Subscriptions—a subscription had somehow been created through the web without my knowledge. The app directs users to subscribe through a web browser instead of using Apple's subscription system, and cancellation must also be completed through the website. I never knowingly created such a subscription, yet my credit card was charged without my authorization.

Over the past two years, my VakıfBank foreign currency credit card has been charged 13 separate times, each for $39. I only discovered these recurring charges today after noticing another payment and reviewing my transaction history in detail. That is when I realized I had paid a substantial amount for a service that I was not using. The payments appear to be linked only to a web-based subscription, while my Apple Subscriptions page shows no active or past subscription for EWA English.

Although I have tried to contact EWA English regarding this issue, I have not received any response. I request a full refund of all charges collected for this subscription, which I did not knowingly create and did not use. I also request that my EWA English account be permanently closed and that all of my credit card information be permanently deleted from your systems. If this matter is not resolved, I will consider pursuing all available legal remedies regarding these unauthorized charges.
