I Canceled Ewa English in 1 Hour But They Still Haven’t Refunded My Payment

While signing up for Ewa English, the website clearly stated that I could receive a refund if I canceled within 14 days. That reassurance made me feel safe enough to try it. However, I realized within just one hour that the app wasn’t worth anywhere near the ₺ equivalent of $39 they charged me. The content quality was underwhelming and not aligned with what was advertised.
I immediately canceled and requested a refund, fully expecting them to honor their 14-day money-back guarantee. But I haven’t received any response, not even after reaching out to Paddle, the payment provider. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored when I acted well within the promised time frame.
Why should I be forced to pay for and keep a product I don’t want and never fully used? I demand a full refund of the amount withdrawn from my card. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I will not hesitate to file formal complaints through my bank and consumer protection channels.
