Ewa English Charged Me Without Permission After My 3-Month Plan Ended
I purchased a 3-month plan from Ewa English, paid the full amount up front, and used the service during that period without issue. However, once my 3-month subscription ended, the app withdrew $39 from my account without asking for my permission. I never approved any renewal, and this charge came as a complete surprise.
When I reached out to customer support to request a refund, they asked for a payment receipt. I promptly provided the payment confirmation, but they never followed up. It's now been a while, and I still haven’t received any refund or proper response.
This is unacceptable. Charging users without their consent is not only unethical but also violates basic consumer rights. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺ charge and expect Ewa English to stop making automatic deductions without explicit approval.
