I Canceled My Ewa English Subscription Within 14 Days but Still Didn’t Get My Refund
Hello. On March 15, 2025, I downloaded the Ewa English app and started a subscription. However, shortly after using it, I realized the app wasn’t a good fit for me. Since I was still well within the 14-day withdrawal period, I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund as per their stated policy.
Despite contacting them in time and clearly requesting cancellation, they refused to process my request. I later received an email saying my subscription would not be canceled and I wouldn’t be refunded. This is unacceptable. I followed the rules, acted promptly, and now I’m being unfairly charged for a service I didn’t want to continue. I demand a full refund and expect Ewa English to honor their 14-day cancellation policy without delay.
