Ewa English Kept Charging Me Even After I Canceled My Subscription
I subscribed to the Ewa English app but quickly realized it wasn’t useful for me. In fact, I didn’t use it at all for nearly two months. Unfortunately, I later noticed that they continued to charge my card for a service I wasn’t using. I decided to cancel my subscription through the app, and it now shows that my membership is canceled, with a listed end date in 2026. Despite this, the company continues to withdraw money from my account.
I find this extremely frustrating and misleading. If a subscription is marked as canceled, it should stop charging immediately. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. Please stop billing me and ensure that no further charges occur. I also expect a refund for the payments made after cancellation.
