I Paid for Ewa English Pro but the App Makes Me Wait and Won’t Let Me Use It Freely

I purchased the Pro membership in the Ewa English app, expecting unlimited and fast access as advertised. Instead, I’m constantly being told to “wait 30 minutes for a new chance” or “wait 20 minutes to continue.” What exactly did I pay for if I still have to wait to use basic features? This app is making me regret my decision. I upgraded to Pro to move forward quickly, not to be held back by artificial delays. If I can’t use the service when I want, then why charge me at all? I don’t want to pay money just to be frustrated. Ewa English needs to remove these limitations for Pro users or give me my money back immediately.
