Ewa App Ignoring Refund Request After Same-Day Cancellation
On September 26, 2025, I purchased a rental package on the Ewa English app for $50. However, I canceled the membership immediately afterward. Despite this, I have not received a refund, and no one has contacted me.
I completed the cancellation through the app. I also opened a support request within the app regarding the issue, but I haven’t received any response. There is no phone number I can call to reach customer service either. I request that the refund be processed as soon as possible.
