Ewa App Billed Me Without Permission — Annual Fee Refund Request

On August 2, 2025, the Ewa English learning app charged my card $14 for an annual subscription without my permission. My account is registered with the email m************@hotmail.com. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted both the app support and customer service, but no solution was provided and no refund was issued.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the amount charged be refunded to me.
