Ewa English Yearly Charge - No Subscription, Support Ignores
I was charged 948 THB on November 19, 2025, by EWA English for an annual subscription through a direct card payment. There is no active subscription in my EWA account or in Apple ID, no way to view it, no way to cancel it, and no service provided. I contacted EWA support immediately (within their 14-day refund policy) and attached all evidence—bank statement, screenshots of my account, and Apple subscriptions. They replied once, then stopped responding and have ignored all my follow-ups. It has now been more than a week with zero communication. They take money directly from your card (outside Apple/Google Play), you cannot view or manage the subscription, and support ignores refund requests and offers no help. I am posting this complaint to warn others: do not trust EWA English, and never enter your card details into this app. For reference: charge date November 19, 2025, card ending in *9331—no subscription, no refund, no support.
