Ewa English Has No Cancel Option — Still Being Charged

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription on the Ewa English app through Android for a week, but I’m unable to do so. There is no cancellation option anywhere in the app. During this time, 18 euros were charged, and I still haven’t received any refund. I tried reaching customer support about the issue, but I haven’t received any response at all.
