Ewa English Double-Charged Me and Won’t Let Me Log In
On October 19, 2025, I clicked on an Ewa English ad I saw on Instagram and attempted to sign up for the online course. During the registration process, my credit card was charged $104 in a single transaction without any warning or notification. In addition to that, the membership fee was charged again separately.
After the payment, I tried to log in to my account but encountered an access issue and couldn’t sign in. I emailed customer service at my address e****************@hotmail.com regarding the problem, but I have not received any response yet.
I am requesting both a full refund and immediate access to my account. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
