Ewa English Charged My Card but Never Gave Account Access
On January 9, 2026, I purchased an annual (12-month) Pro subscription through the referral link on Ewa English’s Instagram account. I paid by credit card, and two separate charges were made to my card: $76 and $103. However, even though the payments were taken immediately, I was not able to access any account, nor could I see or manage my subscription anywhere. When I try to log in, I receive a message saying that no account exists.
After the payment, I did not receive any order number, invoice, confirmation email, or any information related to the subscription. In other words, my money was charged, but there is no visible account or active subscription that I can access.
I contacted the support team via Instagram regarding this issue, but I have not received any response at all. Due to the complete lack of customer support and follow-up, my problem remains unresolved and I clearly feel misled. At this point, I definitely no longer want to use this service. I am requesting an immediate full refund of the total amount charged to my card and the cancellation of this unfair and unfulfilled charge.
