Forced to Pay for Dirty Room at Kars Hotel Kent Ani Despite Not Staying

I made a reservation through ETS Tur (reservation number 113844796) at Kars Hotel Kent Ani, but the moment I entered the room, I was horrified. The room was filthy, with bugs on the bed, mosquitoes flying around, and dirty sheets covered in hair. I didn’t even want to open the bathroom door. When I complained to the front desk, they refused to cancel my reservation and offered another room. However, the second room was just as bad. When I said I didn’t want to stay, they threatened me, demanding payment before I could leave. Several people even blocked my car until I paid. Despite reaching out to ETS, they couldn’t resolve the issue, and I was forced to pay for a stay I never had. I demand a full refund for this unacceptable experience.
