They called immediately after seeing the complaint, but they called to say they couldn't help. I repeatedly condemn this company that protects the hotel's rights instead of its customers. When you want to postpone the reservation you paid for with the credit card you used 2 months ago by 1 week, normalizing trying to sell the room at the current price list by saying everyone does it this way is a great injustice to us customers. So the hotel will be able to sell the dates we vacated from the current list, and will sell to me from the current list, so who will pay the interest and cost of the money I paid 2 months in advance? What kind of understanding and business ethics is this? Really, being an ETS Tour customer is not a privilege, it becomes foolishness in this situation.
