ETS Tur Charged Me 20 Percent More to Change My Hotel Reservation Date

In January, I booked a vacation at a hotel in Kuşadası through ETS Tur and paid with my credit card. When I requested to postpone the reservation by just one week in March, they informed me that the change would be processed based on the hotel’s current prices, requiring me to pay nearly 20% more. Despite the hotel’s availability, they claimed that my early payment held no value. I find this approach entirely unethical and purely profit-driven. I strongly condemn ETS Tur for this unfair treatment. If my grievance is not resolved, I will never use their services again and will make sure to share my negative experience with others.

They called immediately after seeing the complaint, but they called to say they couldn't help. I repeatedly condemn this company that protects the hotel's rights instead of its customers. When you want to postpone the reservation you paid for with the credit card you used 2 months ago by 1 week, normalizing trying to sell the room at the current price list by saying everyone does it this way is a great injustice to us customers. So the hotel will be able to sell the dates we vacated from the current list, and will sell to me from the current list, so who will pay the interest and cost of the money I paid 2 months in advance? What kind of understanding and business ethics is this? Really, being an ETS Tour customer is not a privilege, it becomes foolishness in this situation.
