On October 4, 2025, I booked a Cambodia flight ticket (reservation number: 6847127)** via Skyscanner, which redirected me to Kiwi.com. The flight was scheduled for October 17, and I purchased the ticket on October 4. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested a cancellation on October 6. My cancellation was approved with a €30 service fee, and I received written confirmation of that approval.
The total payment amounting to 38k was made via credit card. However, three weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received any refund or official update regarding the process. I contacted Kiwi customer service twice, but each time I only received automated responses stating, “We’re waiting for a response from Etihad Airways.”
I’m requesting that my refund—either in full, partial, or even as Kiwi flight credit—be issued immediately. I’ve been waiting far too long, and the lack of transparency and progress in handling my refund request has caused serious inconvenience. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
